Full Block Payment

​We offer a discount to our families when payment is made in full within the first 3 weeks of the new Block. This offer does not apply after the 3rd week. Normal price will apply thereafter.

Overdue Accounts

We reserve the right to refuse to teach any student who has an overdue account where there have been no payments made since the start of the Block. If the parent or guardian does not make any contact with the school to make arrangements to settle any overdue amounts, the student will not be taught and the booking cancelled.

Weekly or Fortnightly Payments

If you choose to pay weekly or fortnightly it will be at the full price with no discount given. A payment must be received on a weekly or fortnightly basis. If your child/children are away, you must make a catch up and current payment the week you come back.

Missed Lessons

If you are unable to attend YOUR swimming BOOKING, you will still need to pay regardless as our teacher's salaries & general pool expenses remain the same.

Make up Lessons

We require 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend your lesson, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited with no makeup option available.

Make up lessons must be completed within the current Block of the recorded missed lesson and it is the account holder's responsibility to ensure all make up lessons are scheduled within that period.

A make up lesson can only be booked once and can't be rescheduled or transferred and you must have a current booking to redeem make up lessons.

Make up lessons cannot be used as credit for any future payments.

A maximum of 2 make up lessons per Block and per child only.

Your current account must be paid up to date to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Make up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed however CPLTSS will attempt to accommodate all requests.

As per NSW health guidelines, cases of gastro require 2 weeks exclusion from swimming. Please provide a medical certificate and 2 make up lessons will be issued.

Cancellation

Cancellations require 14 days written notice via email to cancel your child's swimming enrolment within a class.

These 14 days are paid regardless of whether they attend their regular swimming lessons or not.

Automatic Block Roll Over

An automatic Block roll over will occur for the start of the new term unless given 14 days written notice via email is acceptable before the end of each Block.

Supervision

All children must be accompanied by an adult to the start of their lesson and collected at the end of each lesson.

For all children 8 years and under the parent or guardian must stay on the premises at all times.

CPLTSS takes NO responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur outside of the swimming pool.

Public Holidays

There is NO swimming on a public holiday. You are NOT charged for your missed lesson.

Swim Nappies

Each child swimming who has not yet been fully toilet trained at home are required to swim with a swimming nappy - disposable or a Happy Nappy is your choice.

Lost Property

Lost property will be held until the end of each Block. Any uncollected items will be given to Charity. Drink bottles will be thrown away.

Photography/Promotion

I give permission for myself/my child to be photographed/videos being used for publicity purposes. This includes social media advertising, unless notified.
